Join the Guelph Model Railroad Society and enjoy the hobby of model railroading all year around with friends.
The Club models the fictitious Pacific Western Railroad running point-to-point, interchanging with the CN and CP. Being a bridge route between these railroads results in a display of modern & old equipment. Our single track mainline serves over one hundred industries along the line. This creates plenty of passing and interesting switching problems! Twice monthly operating sessions employ a freight forwarding system, using car cards, and a fast clock. The track is powered by DIGITRAX® Digital Command Control system (DCC).

We have a layout room of 2,400 square feet with approximately 750’ of mainline track, excluding yards. The Club was established in 1968 and is located in the basement of 50 Crimea Street in Guelph Ontario Canada.
